Lynn has a BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. After completing her MBA, Lynn spent 15 years as a Management Consultant supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry; first in Chicago and then in Toronto/Mississauga.
In 2015 Lynn decided to leave the hectic consulting world and discovered the private market while researching investments options for her family. She particularly enjoys the in-depth learning around the various investment companies, industries and strategies. She realized she could pursue this interest while helping other professionals learn about and gain access to an area unfamiliar to many. Lynn gained her exempt market registration followed by her life insurance license and is happily applying her experience in client management skills to individuals, families and business owners. Lynn focuses on building long term relationships with her clients and supporting them to achieve retirement goals that often include semi-retirement and an active vacation lifestyle. Having spent most of her in career in the GTA, Lynn is now putting into practice her own form of “location independence”. Lynn and her husband are transitioning to full-time living at their waterfront cottage/house in northern Ontario – that has excellent internet connectivity to continue her work with her clients.
Lynn appreciates both the flexibility and engagement of being a Private Wealth Advisor. She has embraced the opportunity to become more involved with her community and has been a committee member for both 756 Wild Goose Air Cadet Squadron and 676 Lorne Scots Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps. She is also a supporter of the United Way through their Women United platform and as a multi-year volunteer member of the Impact Cabinet. She is looking forward to discovering volunteer opportunities in her new community.
