About Westbow Real Estate Properties Trust

Westbow Real Estate Properties Trust (the “fund”) is a private real estate fund that buys and manages income-producing real estate with the intention of providing monthly distributions and growth for investors. The fund focuses on multi-family residential real estate properties with various densities diversified across Western Canada. The Westbow management team has over 40 years of experience through several market cycles of building and owning real estate all over North America.
The managers also operate Westbow Construction, a company that develops residential properties. This creates a synergy where the fund can purchase purpose-built rentals at a discount to retail price from Westbow Construction and manage them for cash-flow.

Investment Thesis

Westbow Capital’s management team has been investing in residential real estate for over 40 years, and understand how real estate can help investors build substantial wealth. They saw many hurdles and challenges for others that wanted to invest in real estate but didn’t have enough capital or enough experience to manage real estate themselves. So Westbow Capital’s management team decided to open a fund to allow others to invest in real estate with a low minimum investment and in a tax efficient manner. Investors get to leverage Westbow’s 40+ years of experience in residential real estate in Western Canada.

Our Team

Westbow Capital’s key managers are Nick and Dick Westeringh. Dick founded Westbow Construction in 1977 and has grown the group substantially since then. With over 40 years of real estate investment experience, he has learned how to be successful through several market cycles.
Nick has been investing in real estate for over 15 years and has a deep passion for the industry. Nick progressed from site laborer to CEO of the Westbow Group of Companies, and has been instrumental in the growth of the organization.
