Team

Avenue Living is led by an experienced executive team with decades of real estate and asset management experience:

  • Anthony Giuffre, Founder, CEO, and Executive Chairman – Anthony has more than 25 years’ experience in creating, managing, and operating start-ups. Involved in approximately $7 billion of assets under management, he actively serves a variety of roles in numerous businesses, from founder and CEO to mentor. He sits on UNICEF’s Water for Life Patrons Council and is a member of UNICEF’s National Board. Mr. Giuffre is a frequent guest speaker and published author with various educational institutions, including the University of Calgary, and is an active mentor to young entrepreneurs across Canada.
  • Jason Jogia, Co-founder & Chief Investment Officer – Deep background in capital markets and investment structuring. Mr. Jogia also serves as an instructor at the University of Calgary specializing in Real Estate Finance. He also serves as a board member for the Calgary Public Library Foundation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration. In 2020, Mr. Jogia was featured in Avenue Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40” for his achievements in “transforming what real estate investment can look like.”
