Pavilion Resource Fund

Product Overview

The Pavilion Resource Fund is designed to deliver capital appreciation along with substantial tax benefits to investors. It invests in junior resource companies across Canada through the federal government’s Flow-Through Share program.

With over 20 years of industry experience, the fund’s extensive network across the Canadian mining sector allows it to identify the most promising companies exploring for gold, silver, uranium, copper, and other minerals. In addition to providing tax advantages, the fund contributes to the growth of the Canadian economy and the creation of domestic employment opportunities.

Investment Thesis

The Pavilion Resource Fund was developed as a modern blueprint inspired by the investment strategies of Canadian resource pioneers who amassed considerable wealth, enhanced by the added advantage of significant tax savings and credits.

The fund distinguishes itself from other Flow-Through vehicles in several key ways:

  • Performance: Among the top performers in its niche, with certain funds exceeding 250%.
  • Active Management: Strategic and targeted share exits, not dictated by holding duration.
  • Longevity: Operating since 2008, including through challenging market conditions.
  • Track Record: 22 funds launched since inception; the 2025 offering will be Fund 23.
  • Long-Term Outlook: Designed for a five-year investment horizon, extendable to seven years.
  • Expertise: Portfolio management team with approximately 35 years of experience in finance and capital markets.
  • Simplicity: Straightforward process – cash in, cash out, – without the complexity of traditional mutual funds.
