David joined Raintree in 2021 as an Associate Director within the Corporate Finance division. He is responsible for advising Raintree’s investment banking clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Raintree, David worked for a mid-market M&A firm where he advised business owners on sell-side and buy-side transactions. He also has business ownership experience, having founded a niche agriculture venture.
David holds an MBA with distinction from Ivey Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
