Joyce is an Operations Coordinator and a part of the team that keeps operations running behind the scenes at Raintree Financial Solutions. Her responsibilities include maintaining the schedule of issuer close dates, inventory and project close management, preparing internal and external communication notices, and providing backup support to the Operations Specialist.
Being the main customer service resource for issuers, Joyce is always ready to assist with any administrative inquiries, or if the task is out of her purview, connect issuers directly to the appropriate person/department at Raintree.
Joyce enjoys the dynamic work at Raintree Financial Solutions where she is able to put both her communication and technical skills into play everyday. In her free time she enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing the piano, and occasionally going out for karaoke with friends.
