Jeremy Wiebe grew up in Greater Vancouver and has been a Private Wealth Advisor in the exempt market since 2015. He joined Raintree in 2019 and serves individuals, families and business owners seeking alternative investment strategies. Jeremy’s first fascination with investments and the wonder of compound interest started when he was gifted Canadian Savings Bonds as a child, back when bonds paid double-digit returns. Jeremy continues to further his education and is a QAFP™ Professional.
Before working in the investment industry, Jeremy worked in business development with a few family owned enterprises. There he encountered many budding entrepreneurs searching for private capital, and many successful business owners looking for new places to invest. Through these experiences, Jeremy realized that he loved to connect good people with each other and with excellent investment opportunities. Before transitioning into a business and investing career, Jeremy taught ethics and philosophy in Canadian universities for 5 years.
In addition to being a Private Wealth Advisor with Raintree Financial Solutions, Jeremy is a partner with Drake Wellington Insurance Services Corporation which serves the life insurance and living benefits needs of families and business owners.
Outside of work he enjoys running, snowboarding, time spent with family and friends, supporting charitable causes, and travelling with his wife and two kids.
