Sowmya is a Compliance Officer at RFS and is responsible for conducting, maintaining and updating the compliance programs, educating staff, and monitoring daily trade activities, alleviating any unethical practices or risks to the clients, the firm and the team.
Sowmya holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance and a Post Graduate in Financial Planning and Securities. She has over five years of AML, fraud detection and financial regulatory experience working with regulators across Europe, India and North America.
Sowmya has a strong sense of moral responsibility, knowing that the work she does contributes to a fair, just and ethical relationship between RFS and the clients.
Sowmya enjoys hosting friends and family, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter every chance she gets.
